Welcome to New England North West Planning Services owned by Libby Cumming.  Libby knows the New England North West regional area by having worked for 27 years in local government in Inverell, Gunnedah and Uralla Shire Councils.  She has an extensive skill set with expertise in subdivision, residential, commercial, industrial and rural development. 

With the changing face of Local Government, Libby identified a need within the New England North West region for private assistance to developers to progress their proposal through the rigorous legislative requirements of both local and state government.  Hence, Libby has formed New England North West Planning Services to use creative problem solving to assist in dealing with the planning approval process.
